We recently purchased a Jayco Bungalow trailer from your store. I would like to let you know what a wonderful experience we had, beginning with our Salesman Mike Clark, who was very professional and a great guy. My husband also had dealings with Robbie in trying to get insurance for the trailer & he was very helpful. Our demo was given by Bill Rockwell, who was very patient and gave us some great tips. On May 5th our trailer was delivered to our campground by Terry and Tony, who were the most hard-working, caring & nicest people. They were very helpful in putting our trailer exactly where we wanted it & made sure it was secure and safe for us to go in.
We are so thrilled with our new camper and the wonderful customer service we recieved from everyone at Campers' Barn. It was such a great experience & I want to thank you very much for everything, including selling such a well-made trailer that we will have for many, many years to enjoy. I highly recommend Campers' Barn to all our family and friends.

I purchased 3 RV's from this dealer and they made each purchase an enjoyable and painless event. My current RV has had some problems and they have been right there for me from the start, and have addressed those problems and repaired them. I also must say that all of the employees that I have had contact with have always been very helpful and business-like, and yet treat you like an old friend. That applies to the sales, service, store, office and finance employees, as well as general employees. As a valued customer of theirs, I will continue to use them as my RV headquarters for all my needs now, and in the future. There are times when certain repairs may take awhile, basically because they have to deal with other suppliers, and I find that it is best to be patient with them and they will do their best to get your problems taken care of. Again, I find them to be a great dealer for RV's and all that has to do with them.

My husband and I would like to thank you and your staff for all your hospitality. In July on our first camping trip of the season, we experienced a problem with our truck while towing our camper. Luckily for us we where able to exit off the Interstate right near Campers Barn. It was a very hot day and we stopped by to see if you could help. You generously let us use your hook ups and stay overnight until we could fix the truck. Being able to run the A/C was a lifesaver for our two dogs. Thanks for turning what could have been a horrible experience into a fun, adventurous camping story ! You guys were lifesavers !

I wanted to write to you to let you know a few things about our recent visit to Campers Barn. I should first tell you we have had several visits to Campers Barn with our recent Class A and a Class C which we had previously. We were constantly disappointed with not only the results of the work that was done but the time that it took. This time was a very different story. Our first conversation with Don M. set the higher level of quality of service. He hooked us up with Jerry R. as our service rep. We met with him and spoke for 2 hours. We went through the motor home together. He listened to our problems and came up with great solutions for each one. Our vehicle was ready in an extremely reasonable amount of time. Because of weather issues we were unable to retrieve the motor home when it was ready. Jerry was kind enough to bring it to us. We went through each item that was completed. Everything was done that we asked!! It was very apparent that he took pride in his work!!! We were very impressed with him and his work. We cannot thank you enough for the great job!! Our vehicle is beautiful. Thanks again.
